電纜橋架彎頭45上下爬坡彎制作要注意什么
目前電建施工中所使用的電纜橋架彎頭一般是由電纜橋架廠(chǎng)在出廠(chǎng)之前完整加工好的，但是由于施工現場(chǎng)情況各不相同，所以有的項目需要因地制宜現場(chǎng)加工電纜橋架彎頭，這就需要安裝人員有一定的施工基礎知識才能勝任。 施工現場(chǎng)電纜橋架大致分為主橋架和分支架。主橋架是由設計院設計，根據圖紙施工；分支架是由主橋架引到就地設備的電纜支架，沒(méi)有圖紙設計，根據現場(chǎng)情況由施工人員來(lái)設計的。常用的彎頭種類(lèi)包括：上下跳彎45°、垂直上下彎頭、水平三通等。
At present, the cable bridge elbow used in power construction is generally processed by the cable bridge factory before leaving the factory. 1.自制的電纜橋架彎頭、跳彎、三通的連接處，應先在內側進(jìn)行點(diǎn)焊固定并把毛刺藥皮打磨干凈，外側應平整，縫隙應盡量小且鋸口處平整整齊。

2.電纜橋架彎頭對接無(wú)錯邊，焊接后的對口處應打磨平整、光潔，不應有損傷電纜絕緣層的毛刺、銳邊等棱角。

3.在托盤(pán)式電纜橋架內加鋼筋時(shí)，采用增加Φ6-8MM圓鋼，內、外側都應補刷油漆。刷油漆前，應把藥皮，焊渣清理干凈。
