密集母線(xiàn)槽,高強度封閉母線(xiàn)槽(CFW)

該工藝不受板材的限制,外殼做成華夫餅狀,提高了母線(xiàn)的機械強度,母線(xiàn)的水平截面可達13m,由于外殼的盤(pán)繞,凹槽的位置被有意分開(kāi)固定,母線(xiàn)之間的距離為18mm。線(xiàn)路間通風(fēng)良好,明顯提高了母線(xiàn)槽的防潮散熱功能,更適合華南地區的氣候;線(xiàn)路間有一定的空隙,會(huì )引起導線(xiàn)溫度的升降,從而提高了過(guò)載能力,降低了磁振蕩噪聲。但其雜散電流和電感電抗遠大于密集型母線(xiàn),因此其導電桿截面必須大于密集型絕緣插入式母線(xiàn)截面。
