一、熱浸鋅工藝

PVC資料一般是粉末涂料,聚酯粉末或防腐粉末,涂層厚度約60μm 。靜電噴涂具有外形漂亮,抗化學(xué)腐蝕的功用。但與金屬鍍層比較,粘附性低,耐臟性和耐磨損較差。遭受簡(jiǎn)單外部撞擊,可致使其局部涂層掉落,使得內部鋼材腐蝕,構成大面積涂層起泡脫皮。運用UV涂料的橋架,一般不適合在戶(hù)外運用。
