橋架的連接件在安裝時(shí)要注意什么?
橋架在安裝的時(shí)候直線(xiàn)階段之間還有彎通變形直通的連接件, 應采用橋架制造廠(chǎng)配套的連接件。連接件薄鋼板厚度不應小于橋架薄鋼板厚度。接口應平整,無(wú)扭曲、凸起和凹陷,連接用的半園頭鍍鋅螺栓,半園頭應在橋架內側,螺栓長(cháng)度適當,擰緊之后,露出長(cháng)度以2~5牙為宜。水平安裝的橋架,其直線(xiàn)段的連接頭,應盡量設在兩個(gè)支吊架之間的1/4左右處。

1.一般情況下不在施工現場(chǎng)制作橋架。由于特殊原因必需時(shí),可利用現有的橋架改制非標準彎通和變徑直通。改制和切斷直線(xiàn)段橋架時(shí),均不得用氣、電焊切割,應用專(zhuān)用切割工具。改制的橋架必須平整,及時(shí)補漆,面漆顏色應與其它橋架相近。因為新建建筑物里,橋架安裝一般都在混凝土結構工程完成數月甚一年之后進(jìn)行,混凝土收縮逐漸減小。伸縮量一般不會(huì )超過(guò)建筑物伸縮縫寬L。

2.橋架跨越建筑物的伸縮縫處,按GB50168規定,應設置伸縮縫,保證橋架及敷設在橋架內的電纜在建筑物伸縮不危及其本身時(shí)能自由伸縮,不受損壞。

3.若發(fā)現或從土建單位了解到建筑物伸縮縫較大有可能超過(guò)L時(shí),以便于在橋架中留電纜(或電線(xiàn))的伸縮余量,這個(gè)余量應大于伸縮縫寬L。應按實(shí)際做好伸縮處理。要跨越伸縮縫的橋架少一側有較長(cháng)的直線(xiàn)段,宜超過(guò)30m,或伸縮縫兩側直線(xiàn)段橋架相加有30m,中間無(wú)水平或垂直彎通。
3.
