山東電纜橋架施工要點(diǎn)

一、施工順序

1、測量定位
1. Measurement and positioning
用彈線(xiàn)法標識橋架的安裝位置,確定好支架的固定位置,做好標記。豎井內橋架定位應先用懸鋼絲法確定安裝基準線(xiàn),如預留洞不合適,應及時(shí)調整,并做好修補。
Mark the installation position of the bridge with the snap line method, determine the fixed position of the support and mark it. The installation datum line shall be determined by the hanging steel wire method for the positioning of the bridge in the shaft. If the reserved hole is inappropriate, it shall be adjusted in time and repaired.
2、支架制作安裝

依據施工圖設計標高及橋架規格,進(jìn)行定位,然后依照測量尺寸制作支架,支架進(jìn)行工廠(chǎng)化生產(chǎn)。在無(wú)吊頂處沿梁底吊裝或靠墻支架安裝,在有吊頂處在吊頂內吊裝或靠墻支架安裝。在無(wú)吊頂的公共場(chǎng)所結合結構構件并考慮建筑美觀(guān)及檢修方便,采用靠墻、柱支架安裝或屋架下弦構件上安裝??繅Π惭b支架固定采用膨脹螺栓固定,支架間距不超過(guò)2米。在直線(xiàn)段和非直線(xiàn)段連接處、過(guò)建筑物變形縫處和彎曲半徑大于300mm的非直線(xiàn)段中部應增設支吊架,支吊架安裝應保證橋架水平度或垂直度符合要求。

3、橋架安裝

對于特殊形狀橋架,將現場(chǎng)測量的尺寸交于材料供應商,由供應商依據尺寸制作,減少現場(chǎng)加工。橋架材質(zhì)、型號、厚度以及附件滿(mǎn)足設計要求。
For bridges with special shapes, the dimensions measured on site shall be handed over to the material supplier, who shall make them according to the dimensions to reduce on-site processing. The material, model, thickness and accessories of the bridge meet the design requirements.
橋架安裝前,需要與各協(xié)調,避免與大口徑消防管、噴淋管、冷熱水管、排水管及空調、排風(fēng)設備發(fā)生矛盾。

將橋架舉升到預定位置,與支架采用螺栓固定,在轉彎處需仔細校核尺寸,橋架宜與建筑物坡度一致,在圓弧形建筑物墻壁的橋架,其圓弧宜與建筑物一致。橋架與橋架之間用連接板連接,連接螺栓采用半圓頭螺栓,半圓頭在橋架內側。橋架之間縫隙須達到設計要求,確保一個(gè)系統的橋架連成一體。

跨越建筑物變形縫的橋架應按企業(yè)標準《鋼制電纜橋架安裝工藝》做好伸縮縫處理,鋼制橋架直線(xiàn)段超過(guò)30m時(shí),應設熱脹冷縮補償裝置。

橋架安裝橫平豎直、整齊美觀(guān)、距離一致、連接牢固,同一水平面內水平度偏差不超過(guò)5mm/m,直線(xiàn)度偏差不超過(guò)5mm/m。

4、接地處理

鍍鋅橋架之間可利用鍍鋅連接板作為跨接線(xiàn),把橋架連成一體。在連接板兩端的兩只連接螺栓上加鍍鋅彈簧墊圈,橋架之間用不小于4mm2軟銅線(xiàn)進(jìn)行跨接,再將橋架與接地線(xiàn)相連,形成電氣通路。橋架整體與接地干線(xiàn)應有不少于兩處的連接。

5、多層橋架安裝

分層橋架安裝,先安裝上層,后安裝下層,上、下層之間距離要留有余量,有利于后期電纜敷設和檢修。水平相鄰橋架凈距不宜小于50mm,層間距離應根據橋架寬度小不小于150mm,與弱電電纜橋架距離不小于0.5m。
