激光投線(xiàn)定位法對于電纜橋架施工的好處是什么?
電纜橋架安裝質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,不僅關(guān)系到電纜敷設的美觀(guān)及可靠性,更直接影響變電站的整體安裝工藝。電氣安裝工程中,電纜橋架的安裝進(jìn)度對整個(gè)工程工期影響非常大,通常電氣主控樓、電氣室電纜夾層內的橋架安裝量都非常大。

托臂裝置時(shí)在始末兩頭和轉彎處依照規則高度先裝置兩只托臂,再在兩托臂間拉一水平線(xiàn)(這兩個(gè)托臂要裝置規矩),然后按線(xiàn)裝置其他托臂。終將使用線(xiàn)垂、水平尺將整排托臂調正,各托臂的同層橫檔應在同一水平面上,其凹凸誤差不大于5mm,使整排托臂到達橫平豎直。
