Feasibility of Optimum Design of Shandong Cable Sandwich Bridge Frame
山東電纜橋架的選取需思索兩個(gè)重要目標,即:,電纜橋架的承載才能應滿(mǎn)足任務(wù)均布載荷小于額外均布載荷要求,當其支吊架的實(shí)踐跨距不等于2 m時(shí),則任務(wù)均布荷載應滿(mǎn)足要求;并且,應能順應不同的環(huán)境要求和有較長(cháng)的運用壽命。目前通常的選取準繩爲:爲了進(jìn)步電纜橋架的承載才能,普通經(jīng)過(guò)選擇適當厚度的架構板材來(lái)完成;而其環(huán)境和運用壽命要求則經(jīng)過(guò)選擇相應的特種原材來(lái)到達設計目的要求。重腐蝕環(huán)境普通選用玻璃鋼或鋁合金作爲電纜橋架主材,慣例腐蝕環(huán)境則選用鋼質(zhì)資料作爲其主材,而鋼制電纜橋架依據其耐腐蝕等級又分可分爲熱浸鍍鋅、熱固性粉末靜電噴涂、噴漆、電鍍鋅等防腐處置方式

According to their corrosion resistance, steel cable bridge can be divided into hot dip galvanizing, thermosetting powder electrostatic spraying, spraying paint, galvanizing and other anti-corrosion treatment methods.

鐵路客運專(zhuān)線(xiàn)牽引供電零碎采用的中壓電纜均爲單芯電纜,爲防止其發(fā)生閉合磁性回路,優(yōu)化方案采用“豐”字型支架,既保證了承載要求,機械功能良好,且防止了閉合磁路的構成。

傳統橋架層式構造,由于犬牙交錯,山東電纜橋架的較高,與電纜夾層頂部空間狹小,維護巡檢人員難以從橋架上經(jīng)過(guò),給日常巡檢帶來(lái)了諸多方便。優(yōu)化后的橋架別離式布局構造,空間上無(wú)效別離,巡檢人員可從吊架下方自在經(jīng)過(guò),其中壓橋架“豐”字形架橋較傳統層架式構造更易于察看,從而使夾層內電纜巡檢更爲便當。

開(kāi)放式橋架便于在機房?jì)冗\用。由于所亭機房在晉級擴建時(shí),其線(xiàn)纜挪動(dòng)、增減和變卦繁瑣,若采用傳統線(xiàn)槽,兩個(gè)橋架銜接處,每個(gè)接口多需添加8顆接口銜接螺栓,甚更多,晉級改造困難,同時(shí)對既有設備影響較大,不利于平安運營(yíng)維護。
